Settings

The Settings tab is available to users with administrative privileges. It provides access to administrative and configuration functions and tools.

The tools available to administrator users under the Settings tab include tools for managing and configuring:
  • Users: Manage user logins
  • User Groups: Manage user groups
  • User Roles: Manage user roles
  • Lists of Values: Translate the list of values
  • Output Formats: Specify and manage output formats
  • Default Settings: Set defaults
  • Status Definitions: Add and manage the workflow status list
  • Initial Statuses: Set initial states
  • Status Transitions: Manage the status transitions
  • Inbox Definitions: Mange the Inbox definitions
The following Settings contain the contents of configuration files that you can modify from the web client. It is recommended that you only modify the files if you have knowledge of their contents and structure, and are under direction from the documentation or your customer support representative to do so.
  • XML Translation Settings: Translation language definitions
  • XML Plugin Settings: XML Plugin Settings
  • XML Status Settings: Workflow configuration
  • XML Change Tracker Settings: Change tracking configuration
  • XML Inbox Settings: User Inbox configuration
