You can delete a workflow status when no longer needed.
About this task
Note:
A status can only be deleted when:
- The status is not used in any inbox definition.
- The status is not used in any status transition.
- There is no object in this status.
Procedure
- In the SDL LiveContent Architect web client, click the Settings tab on top of the screen
- Select the Status Definitions tab on the left hand side.
- Select the status you want to delete in the Status List
- Click Delete.
You are prompted to confirm the deletion of the status.
- Click Yes to confirm the deletion of the status.
