Hiding and Showing Draft Comments

Using draft comments (with the <draft-comment> DITA tag) lets authors communicate questions to reviewers or highlight specific content to review. Hiding or showing the draft comments on a publication lets you control when they are visible to your readers.

About this task

Procedure

  1. If you are in a SDL LiveContent Reach tool, click Home in the breadcrumb trail.
The Review and Collaboration landing page appears.
  2. In the Administration Tools pane, click Manage Publications.
    The Manage Publications page appears.
  3. In the left pane, navigate to the language version in which you want to show or hide draft comments.
  4. In the Configuration section, do one of the following:
    1. To show draft comments in the language version, set Display draft comments in publication (also clears the cache) to Yes.
    2. To hide draft comments in the language version, set Display draft comments in publication (also clears the cache) to No.
  5. Click Save.
When you click Save, the cache is cleared automatically, so that the next time a user views the language version, he or she will see the appropriate content.
