Description
The reproducerSupportEmailAddress element allows resellers and third party developers to configure the troubleshooting email address for Reproducer cases to be sent to when end users run into problems. The reproducer call is still handled by SDL Xopus servers, but the case produced will be sent to the configured email address. The response page after using the reproducer will show the email address as the correspondence address, should the end user have additional information or questions.
If the option is not configured Reproducer cases will be sent by default to SDL Xopus Support ().
Reproducer case emails contain a zip archive of all the files that were loaded in SDL Xopus at the time of the error and can be used to reproduce the state of SDL Xopus at the time of an error.
The reproducer dialog will show when SDL Xopus encounters an error and the user chooses to "get help from Xopus". A reproducer dialog can also be opened using the Ctrl+Shift+R shortcut.
