Using the Quality Assistant

This topic describes the steps to follow to use the Quality Assistant and use the suggestions provided.

About this task

Depending on the way your administrator set up your system, you can obtain different types of quality suggestions from the Quality Assistant. The possible types of suggestions are:

  • Spelling and Terminology
  • Style and Linguistics
  • Content Reuse

This version of the Quality Assistant provides a check on the entire document, and you are able to choose from suggestions which ones to ignore and which suggestions to change in your document. The aim of the suggestions is to improve the consistency of terminology used, reduce costs of translations and improved content generally.
