Viewing Conditional Content

In SDL LiveContent Create, all variations of conditional content are editable and viewable.

Conditional content is highlighted in the editor so you can tell that it is different from standard content. However, this highlighting does not appear in the output generated by SDL LiveContent Architect publish operations.

In SDL LiveContent Architect, conditionalized content is implemented by the use of specialized SDL LiveContent Architect ishcondition attributes. You can manage conditional text with tools such as the SDL LiveContent Architect Condition Builder.

For example, you might include two variants of a topic in the SDL LiveContent Architect repository and set the conditions for the output in the SDL LiveContent Architect Condition Builder. The condition settings determine which variant is output in the generated publication.
