Configure a workflow to keep track of work-in-progress. - Workflows
The electronic workflow is a feature of SDL LiveContent Architect. You can design and create a workflow to electronically send topics and images to others in your group for authoring, reviewing, translating, or any task required to complete the work. - Users
To allow users to access SDL LiveContent Architect you must provide login access and permissions to use the application. - Defining Output Formats
Define the output formats needed for publishing. This task requires a user with an administrative role. It also assumes that the style sheets for that output format are in place. After defining the output formats, the end user can add them to a publication using Publication Manager. - Administering a list of values
You can add a value to the lists of values that are displayed in the SDL LiveContent Architect GUI. For example, you might want to add a company-specific publication type or image type. - Configuring translation management
Configuring Trisoft's translation management includes defining metadata that is applied when auto-generating targeted languages, defining source and pivot languages, and defining elements used when pre-translating content. - Configuring default settings
You can define system-wide default settings for language and image resolution.
