Creating a shortcut folder

You can create a folder that references objects stored in other locations in the repository.

Procedure

  1. In the Publication Manager, Browse Repository window, click on the folder where you want to add the child folder.
  2. Right-click New > Shortcut Folder.
    The Add Folder window opens.
  3. Enter a name for the folder.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Add shortcuts to the folder:
    1. Locate the objects that you want to add to the shortcut folder.
    2. Select the objects then drag-and-drop them on to the shortcut folder.
