Disabling searches for exact phrases

By default, users performing a full-text search can search for an exact phrase by enclosing the phrase in quotation marks. For example, "chop suey" returns only search results containing those two words in that order. Users can also use AND and OR in combination with phrases. You can disable this feature as a possible search performance optimization.
