Printing the current figure

The Print Current Figure command lets you print a specific figure that appears in an open document.

About this task

Figures in the document is first converted into a PDF file. You can then print the document using the PDF viewer's print button while viewing the PDF file.

Procedure

  1. In the publication, ensure that a Data Module containing one or more graphics is open.
  2. From the open DM, select the graphic to be printed.
  3. In the Top bar banner, click the Print icon.
    The Print menu is displayed.
  4. In the Print menu, click Print Current Figure.
    A new browser window containing a PDF file with the current figure appears.
  5. Use your browser's Print functionality to print the PDF.
