Configuring a Contact to use Two-factor Authentication
As a project manager or administrator, you can mandate that an individual customer contact must use two-factor authentication. If a user is required to use two factor authentication, that user cannot log into the MultiTrans TMS unless they have MultiTrans Mobile installed and can receive data through their mobile device.
Procedure
- Select the Contacts tab for the customer and select the individual contact.
- Click Edit at the bottom of the page.
- Select Yes or No beside Enable two factor authentication.
- Click Save.
