Flow Administration & Automation
Use the settings in this section to create templates that will allow you to standardize project options, workflows, access rights or instructions and to streamline the creation of providers and projects.
- Security Templates
The ability of Administrators, Project Managers and Providers to access a wide variety of information in the system can be granted or limited through the Access Rights. Access Rights can be set on a per user basis in the Security section of the Provider tab of each specific resource. If in your organization there are groups of users that should all have the same set of rights, you can create Security Templates to facilitate the setting of the access rights for your users. - Provider Abilities Templates
Each resource must have his or her abilities defined. Abilities are the list of services that a resource can provide and the language combinations that the resource can work in. If in your organization there are groups of users that should all have the same set of rights, you can create Provider Abilities Templates to facilitate the setting of the abilities of your providers. - Instruction Templates
Project Managers can add instructions in a project. Instructions can be addressed to administrators, project managers, providers, teams of resources or specific individuals. Oftentimes there is a set of instructions that will always be sent for each project, for each project from a specific client or for each project with a specific service. You can create instruction templates to standardize directions given to the different resources and to save time when creating, treating or assigning projects. - Project Templates
Use Project Templates to store the specific details, defaults, and preferences of projects for each customer, for specific contacts within a customer, or for a customer or contact's projects in a specific language combination. For the same company (customer) you could store Project Templates for two or more contacts. For example, contact person Maria prefers regular priority projects from English to Italian, but Kier, another contact at the same company needs to treat projects as quotations with a more urgent priority from English to Russian.
