Adding a button
Procedure
- Click the arrow next to the Quick Access Toolbar.
- Click More Commands to see the list of available commands.
- Choose the tab where the button is available on the ribbon and select the button from the Commands list.
- Click the Add button and use the arrow buttons to choose the location of the new button on the toolbar.
- Click the OK button to close the dialog box and show the new command on the toolbar.
You can also add a command to the quick access toolbar by right-clicking on the button on the ribbon and selecting Add to Quick Access Toolbar from the context menu.
