Adding a button

Procedure

  1. Click the arrow next to the Quick Access Toolbar.
  2. Click More Commands to see the list of available commands.
  3. Choose the tab where the button is available on the ribbon and select the button from the Commands list.
  4. Click the Add button and use the arrow buttons to choose the location of the new button on the toolbar.
  5. Click the OK button to close the dialog box and show the new command on the toolbar.
    You can also add a command to the quick access toolbar by right-clicking on the button on the ribbon and selecting Add to Quick Access Toolbar from the context menu.
