The GroupShare section is only available when modifying an existing user, not when creating a new one. Also, the User must belong to a Group with the Publish to GroupShare permission set to Allowed.
Procedure
To set up GroupShare Preferences in My Details:
- In the navigation pane, click Home.
- In the Home navigation tree, click My Details.
- On the TMS Ribbon, click Edit and then, in the User Preferences section, configure the GroupShare Preferences section, as follows:
Name - Type a meaningful, user-friendly name for your GroupShare server.
URL - Type the URL to your GroupShare server.
Port - Type a port number, if different from the default 80.
Use SSL - Select this checkbox if GroupShare requires a secure connection.
Default GroupShare Location - This value is updated when selecting a GroupShare location from the Publish to GroupShare window and setting it as the default location.
Username - Type your GroupShare server username.
Password - Type your GroupShare server password.
Note: If your GroupShare server password has changed, you need to enter this new password in your GroupShare Preferences as well.
When finished, click Submit.
