Re-starting tasks from your inbox

After fixing the problem which caused a task to fail, you can restart the task from your inbox.

Procedure

  1. In your Inbox, locate the job that contains the tasks which failed, but are now fixed.
  2. Click the icon in the Task Count column. The tasks in the selected job are displayed on the Inbox View (Tasks) screen.
  3. Select each task to be restarted.
  4. Click Submit. If the problem is fixed, the tasks will now process normally.
