Re-starting tasks from your inbox
After fixing the problem which caused a task to fail, you can restart the task from your inbox.
Procedure
- In your Inbox, locate the job that contains the tasks which failed, but are now fixed.
- Click the icon in the Task Count column. The tasks in the selected job are displayed on the Inbox View (Tasks) screen.
- Select each task to be restarted.
- Click Submit. If the problem is fixed, the tasks will now process normally.
