You can change the capitalization of a piece of text without typing it again if it should follow different capitalization rules.
Procedure
Open the appropriate file in SDL Online Editor.
Optional: To change the capitalization of a source segment, click its corresponding target area, and then, on the Home tab, in the Segments group, select Segment Actions > Edit Source before proceeding to the next step.
Select the text whose capitalization you want to change.
You can only select text from one segment at a time.
On the Home tab, in the Formatting group, do one of the following:
To remove all the capital letters from the selected text, select Change Case > lower case.
To capitalize only the first letter of each word, select Change Case > Capitalize Each Word.
To capitalize all the letters in the selected text, select Change Case > UPPER CASE.
Note: If the text you select starts at the middle of a word and you select Capitalize Each Word, the first letter of the selected word is not capitalized. This is because the selection does not contain the first letter of the word.
