Adding a WorldServer translation memory

Adding a WorldServer translation memory allows you to use that TM during pre-translation and translation.

Procedure

  1. Display the dialog box where you want to add the translation memory.
  2. If the language pair for which you want to add a translation memory is not listed on the navigation tree, add the language pair on the Language Pairs page.
  3. Select Language Pairs > All Language Pairs > Translation Memory and Automated Translation from the navigation tree.
  4. Click Add and select SDL WorldServer Translation Memory from the drop-down list.
  5. In the Select SDL WorldServer Translation Memory dialog box, select a server from the drop-down list. If the server you want to use is not listed, complete the following steps to add the server:
    • Click Servers.
    • In the SDL WorldServers Accounts dialog box, click Add.
    • In the Add SDL WorldServer dialog box, complete the boxes with the relevant server details.
    • Click OK until you return to the Select SDL WorldServer Translation Memory dialog box,
  6. The TMs available on that server are displayed. Select the translation memory or translation memory group that you want to use.
  7. Click OK to save your changes to close the dialog box.
    The WorldServer translation memory is now available for use.
