Auto-substitution > Dates and Times

The Dates and Times settings determine the format of date and time patterns to be used when auto-localizing dates and times. Auto-localization is the process by which SDL Trados Studio automatically adapts the format of date and time elements to suit the target language of your current translation. These settings are only available on the language pair level, since the date and time patterns are target language-specific.

These settings appear in multiple dialog boxes in Studio. See About Language Pair Settings for more information about finding the appropriate dialog box.
