Create Project Package Wizard > Select Files
Use the Select Files page of Create Project Package wizard to select which files to include in the project package you are creating.
To display this page of the wizard, select from the menu bar in any view or select the files to include in the package in the Files view, right-click and then select Create Project Package from the shortcut menu.
The following columns are displayed by default. To display additional columns or to remove columns from the layout, right-click and select Customize from the shortcut menu. The Customize Layout dialog box is displayed.

Name | This column displays the name of the file. Select or clear the check box next to the file name to indicate if this file should be included or not included in the package. If you have already included this file in a package as Translatable or Localizable, the check box next to the file name is not selected by default. |
Language | This column displays the language into which the file is to be translated. |
Words | This column displays the number of words in the file. |
Status | This column displays the current status of the file, for example, Translated or Reviewed. |
Progress | This column displays the percentage that the file is complete in its current status. For example, if the status of the file is In Translation, the percentage would represent how many segments have been translated in the file. |
Sent Task | This column displays the name of the most recent manual task that was assigned that included this file. |
Path | If your project source files are arranged in a folder hierarchy, and this file is in a sub-folder, the folder location details are displayed in this column. |
Size | This column displays the size of the file in bytes. |
Type | This column displays the user-friendly name for the file type and appears in the navigation pane in the Options dialog box. |
File Type Identifier | This column displays the filter settings file selected for each file. These settings determine how files of different types are processed by SDL Trados Studio. |
Original Name | This column displays the name of the source language file that generated this |

| Select All | Click this to include all files listed in the package. |
| Deselect All | Click this to clear the selection of files to include in the package. |
Click Next to go to the Project Package Options page of the Create Project Package wizard.
