Editing a TQA configuration

Edit an existing TQA configuration to update the current quality metrics that reviewers use when giving feedback on a translation. Changing the Severities list or the Score matrix also updates the algorithm that SDL Trados Studio uses to automatically determine if a translation meets the quality criteria defined in the TQA configuration.

Editing a TQA configuration

Procedure

  1. For the active project only, click Home tab > Project Settings. For all future projects, click File > Options.
  2. Expand the Translation Quality Assessment tree.
  3. Edit the settings available on the Categories, Severities, Scoring and Document Type pages.
  4. Click OK to close the Project Settings dialog box and update the TQA configuration.
