How to save a Report

Procedure

  1. Click Home tab > Report group > Save As
  2. Browse to the location where you want to save the report.
  3. In the File name box, enter a name for the report.
  4. In the Save as type box, select a format for the report file. You can save your report as an HTML, MHT, Excel or XML file.
  5. Click Save.
