Project Attributes window

The Project Attributes window in the Projects view shows you all the project attributes available for the selected SDL WorldServer package. When creating the WorldServer package, the WorldServer user can add custom attributes to a project if the standard project properties like name and description are insufficient to define the project’s specific details. These attributes are carried along with the WorldServer package and you can view them at any time in this window.

If the Project Attributes window is currently hidden behind other window, click the Project Attributes window name tab or select View tab > Information group > Project Attributes from the Ribbon.

Studio shows all the attributes included in the WorldServer package, including the attributes for which no value has been defined. Attributes are listed in the order defined by the WorldServer user when creating the attributes.

The first column shows the attribute name as specified by the WorldServer user in the External (UI) Name tab. The second column shows the value defined for the attribute.

You can preview attributes of type text by clicking the Preview icon , which is displayed at the very end of the selected column. You can open attributes of type URL, image and document by clicking on the hyperlink in the attribute value column. SDL Trados Studio converts the date in attributes of type date to the local time of your computer.
