Translation memory settings dialog box > Access rights
Use the Access Rights page of the Translation Memory Settings dialog box to set up password protection for a file-based translation memory. If you decide to password protect a translation memory, you have to define passwords for all of the available access levels and everyone who tries to open the translation memory will be asked to provide a password (including the administrator).
To display the Translation Memory Settings dialog box, select the translation memory to be password protected in the navigation tree in the Translation Memories view, right-click and select Settings. Select Access Rights from the Translation Memory Settings dialog box navigation tree to display the Access Rights settings.
