Accepting and rejecting suggested Track Changes
You accept or reject tracked changes depending on their validity and appropriateness. Use the following buttons on the Review tab > Track Changes and TQA group to accept or reject changes in the target segments. You can also right-click on a suggested change and select to accept or reject the suggestion.
Procedure

- To filter the segments which contain tracked changes, go to the Review tab, and in the Display Filter group, select the active filter drop-down menu, and then .

- Go to the Review tab, and in the Track Changes and TQA group, use the buttons to navigate, to accept or to reject the changes in the target segments.
Next
Select to move to the next tracked change in the file.
Previous
Select to move to the previous tracked change in the file.
Accept
Accept Change and Move to Next Select to accept the current tracked change and move to the next tracked change.
Accept Change Select to accept the current tracked change without moving to the next tracked change.
Accept All Changes in Document Select to accept all changes suggested in the file. If you have applied a filter that hides some of the segments that have tracked changes, they will be accepted along with the tracked changes that are currently displayed.
Reject
Reject Change and Move to Next Select to reject the current tracked change and move to the next tracked change.
Reject Change Select to reject the current tracked change without moving to the next tracked change.
Reject All Changes in Document Select to reject all changes suggested in the file. If you have applied a filter that hides some of the segments that have tracked changes, they will be rejected along with the tracked changes that are currently displayed.
- Right-click a suggested change and, on the shortcut menu, select Accept Change or Reject Change.
