Add AdaptiveMT engines which learn your translation style and grammar when you post-edit machine-translated segments in your project.
Procedure
- Go to the Projects view and select the project you want to work on.
- On the Home tab, go to .
- On the Translation Memory and Automated Translation page, select Use, and then, from the drop-down menu, select SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation.
- If you are not already logged into your SDL Language Cloud account from SDL Trados Studio , do one of the following:
- Enter your SDL Language Cloud credentials if you hold a valid SDL Trados Studio license.
- Create an SDL Language Cloud account and log in with these credentials if you are using an SDL Trados Studio trial.
- Enter your API key if you received one from your project manager or other source.
- Select Manage Adaptive Engines.
- In the Manage Adaptive Engines window, select New Adaptive Engine.
- In the New Adaptive Engine window, fill in a name for the engine and choose the language pair you want to set it up for.
- Select OK.
CAUTION:
Using an MT provider may violate your non-disclosure agreement with your translation customer. Check with your customer before connecting to an MT provider. The
*.sdlxliff bilingual file records if you used one of the MT providers during translation.
Results
All the AdaptiveMT engines you create are found in the list on the
Manage Adaptive Engines window. You can remove or edit them from here.
