Editing TQA items

You can edit the TQA items that contain incomplete or inaccurate information.

Procedure

  1. or open a file for sign-off.
  2. Go to the Review tab.
  3. In the Track Changes and TQA group, select Track Changes and, on the drop-down list, select Assess Quality .
  4. Select the target text for which there is a TQA item added.
  5. On the Ribbon, in the Track Changes and TQA group, select Edit.
  6. In the Edit Quality Assessment Item dialog, make any necessary changes.
  7. Select OK to close the dialog and save your changes.
