Layouts in the Projects view

This table describes all the columns that can be displayed in a layout in the Projects view. This list is sorted alphabetically. Column Column Contents Completed At The date that the project was marked as complete Created At The date that the project was created Due Date The date by which all work in the project should be finished Created By The name of the person who created the project Name The name of the project Schedule The Gantt chart, displaying the project progress timeline Status The current status of the project: In Progress - Work on the project files has not yet been completed. Completed - All project files have been translated, reviewed and signed-off. Deleted from GroupShare - The SDL Trados GroupShare project has been removed from Trados GroupShare Project Server Type The method used to create the project: Standard Studio Project - The project was created by using the New Project wizard. Projects view

To display the Projects view, select the Projects button in the navigation pane. The Projects view contains the following components: Ribbon tabs which contain SDL Trados Studio commands organized into groups. Ribbon tabs and groups which contain all the commands that you need to start working with projects in Trados Studio. The Project view layout which shows the projects opened in Trados Studio considering the filter criteria selected in the navigation pane. You can control the screen layout to change the order in which Trados Studio displays the open projects by moving, adding and removing columns or by sorting and grouping data. Project Details window

The Project Details window in the Projects view is used to view details about your project, for example how many translatable files the project contains. The Project Details window is always present in the Projects view (unless you close it completely). If the Project Details window is currently hidden behind other window, select the Project Details window name tab or, go to the View tab, and, in the Information group, select Project Details from the Ribbon. This list is sorted alphabetically. Option Description Name This is the name of the selected project. Description This is the project description. You can change the description in the Project Settings dialog. Location This is the path where the project and project files are located on your computer. Customer This is the customer for which the project was created. Status The current status of the project: In Progress - Work on the project files has not yet been completed. Completed - All project files have been translated, reviewed

Filtering projects

If you are managing several projects and would like to quickly identify a particular one, filter your project list. Procedure Log in to Trados Team by accessing this address: https://cloud.trados.com. Go to the Projects view. On the left-hand side of the page, select Filter. Filter the projects by the available filters: Languages: source or target Dates: due date, creation date, last modified, or one of the quick filters: Overdue, Today, Tomorrow. Status: New, In progress, Complete, Archived. Select the Completed check box to have both the Completed and Archived projects displayed in the Projects list. Select the Archived check box to have the Archived projects displayed in the Projects list. You cannot see a filtered list containing projects that have the New or the In Progress status and the Archived status. Status	Show all projects	Shows all projects open in SDL Trados Studio.
	In Progress	Shows only the project that are not yet marked as complete.
	Complete	Shows only the projects that have been marked as complete.
Due date	Show all projects	Shows all the projects, regardless of their due date.
	Overdue	Shows only the uncompleted projects that have past the designated due date.
	Due within 1 week	Shows only the uncompleted projects with the date for completion due within one week.
	Due within 1 month	Shows only the uncompleted projects with the date for completion due within one month.
Type	Show all projects	Shows all projects, regardless of their type.
	Standard projects	Shows only the projects that were created by using the New Project wizard.
	Single file project	The project was automatically created when a document was opened by using the Translate Single Document command.
