Color, size and lifetime indicators

You can tell the status, duration and progress of an Initiative by its color, size and fullness of the bubbles.

Color indicator (status)
Colors are used to indicate the status of an Initiative. The status of an Initiative is a linear calculation of how much of a goal should have been achieved by the specified time. For example, if the duration of an Initiative is 10 days, 10% of the goal must be attained each day to be on target.
ColorStatus
A Grey Initiative indicates that the Initiative has not yet been activated or that the Aggregation service could not provide information about goal progress.
A Green Initiative indicates that the Initiative is doing well Well On Target.
An Amber Initiative indicates that the Initiative is On Track.
A Red Initiative indicates that the Initiative is well In Trouble.
Size indicator (duration)
Initiative sizeMeaning
The diameter of each Initiative indicates the duration of the Initiative relative to other Initiatives: the longer the Initiative lasts for the larger it appears (relative to other Initiatives).
Lifetime indicator (percentage & fullness)
The progress of an Initiative from start to completion (lifetime) is expressed in percent within the Initiative circle. The Lifetime is the duration of the Initiative calculated by the number of days between the start and end dates, excluding weekends and holidays.
The level of the color within the circle, or "fullness", also indicates the percentage completion of the Initiative.
