Initiatives overview screen
The Initiatives overview screen displays all the Initiatives in the currently selected Folder. In this screen you can create a new Initiatives, localize or unlocalize existing Initiatives or open them for editing.
The Initiative overview screen consists of the following areas:
- 1. Ribbon toolbar
- At the top of the interface, the ribbon toolbar provides actions you can perform in the current section.
- 2. Initiative Management
- On the left-hand side of the interface, you can browse to Initiatives located in different Publications and Folders.
- 3. Main work area
- In the middle of the interface, the main work area displays the Initiatives available in the currently selected Folder. Single-click an Initiative to view its properties, or double-click an Initiative to open it for editing in the Initiative details screen.
- 4. Initiative Details
- On the right-hand side of the interface, details are shown for the currently selected Initiative.
- 5. Navigation bar

At the bottom of the interface, the navigation bar allows you to switch between the Initiatives overview screen, open Initiatives, and open Reports:
- 6. View and zoom controls
- On the bottom right hand side of the interface, you can zoom in and out and change the views (how the elements displayed in the main work area are visualized).
