SOAP access relies on a security token being set up in Salesforce CRM. If you already have a token set up for another purpose, you need to reset it before using the Tridion Connector for Salesforce CRM.
About this task
Important: The task describes the process in using new updated Lightning user interface of the Salesforce CRM system. Details can vary from version to version and in particular between Lightning and the Classic interface. We document at a high-level only the Lightning version. Use these instructions as general guidance only.
Procedure
At the top of the main Salesforce CRM page, select View Profile > Settings option.
From the navigation menu, select My Personal Information > Reset My Security Token.
