Moving Contacts to a different Address Book

You can reorganize your Contacts by moving them from one Address Book to another.

Before you begin

To move Contacts between Address Books, you must have the System Administration Privilege.

Procedure

  1. Open Content Manager Explorer.
  2. In the Administration view, navigate to the Audience Management node.
  3. Select an Address Book. The Contacts in the Address Book are displayed in the list view.
  4. Select the Contact or Contacts you want to move and from the Ribbon toolbar Administration tab, select Move Contacts.
    A new window opens.
  5. Select the Address Book you want to move the Contact to and click OK.

Results

You have moved one or more Contacts to a different Address Book.
