Setting up SOAP access in Salesforce CRM

SOAP access relies on a security token being set up in Salesforce CRM. If you already have a token set up for another purpose, you need to reset it before using the Tridion Connector for Salesforce CRM.

Procedure

  1. At the top of the main Salesforce CRM page, select View Profile > Settings option.
  2. From the navigation menu, select My Personal Information > Reset My Security Token.
  3. Click Reset Security Token.
    A new security token will be emailed to you.
