Adding a Process Association to a Bundle Schema

You can create a Process Association for a Bundle Schema.

Procedure

  1. Access the Content Manager Explorer website.
  2. Navigate to the Publication and Folder in which your Bundle Schema is located.
  3. Select the Bundle Schema, open the Ribbon toolbar Home tab and click Open.
  4. Click the Schema Workflow tab.
  5. Select a Process Definition from the Associated Bundle Process selection list.
  6. Click Save and Close.

Results

The Process Definition is associated with the Bundle Schema, which means that a Bundle based on this Bundle Schema can be placed in workflow, provided that:

  • The Bundle contains only items that can be put in workflow, that is, Components, Pages, Component Templates, Page Templates and Template Building Blocks
  • None of the items is currently being processed in another Process.
