The design of a BluePrint incorporates different levels of Publications in order to clearly separate, organize, and layer your Publications according to their content, functionality, or use. The more generic the content, the higher up in the BluePrint you need to add it so that it is shared to child Publications; the more specific the content, the lower down you need add it.
