Enabling auditing

By default, auditing is not enabled. To enable the auditing, you need to select the Process Definition Track changes between Activity steps property.

Before you begin

To edit a Process Definition, you must have System Administrator privileges or Workflow Management rights in the Publication for which the process was created.

Procedure

  1. Start Microsoft Visio.
  2. Open a Process Definition.
  3. Double-click the Start shape, or select the Start shape and choose Process Definition Properties from the pop-up menu.
  4. In the Auditing field, select the check box Track changes between Activity steps and click OK.

Results

Snapshots are now captured for each Activity Instance of the Workflow Process when completed.
