Filtering a list of Experiments

You can filter the Experiments displayed in a list.

Procedure

  1. In the slide out navigation pane, select Targeting.

    The Targeting Dashboard appears.

  2. In the Source drop-down menu:
    1. Select an environment for which you want to manage Experiments. For example, you will typically have a "Staging" environment and a "Live" environment:
      • Staging is an environment that is available only to internal users and is where you develop and test targeting functionality and new promotional content. On this environment, you can use Experience Manager for inline editing and testing.
      • Live is your external, public-facing environment where visitors can access your production content.
    2. Click the Experiments tab to view the list of Experiments available for the environment.
A list of Experiments for which you have Manage Experiments rights is displayed.
  3. Click Filter By.
  4. Select the filters you want to apply (or choose No Filters to display all):
    • Publication—select a Publication from the drop-down list to display all Experiments available in this Publication.
    • Page—select a Page from the drop-down list to display all Experiments that use this Page.
    • Page Region—select a Page Region from the drop-down list to display all Experiments that use this Page Region.
    • Trigger—select a Trigger from the drop-down list to display all Experiments that use this Trigger, or Always Triggered to display Triggers with no Triggers defined.
    • Enabled State—select Enabled or Disabled
    • Validity—select:
      • Valid—the Experiment is configured correctly.
      • Changed Blueprint Hierarchy—a Publication in the BluePrint Hierarchy has been added or removed.
      • Invalid—the Publication, Page Region, Trigger, or Content Variant is incorrectly configured or is no longer available.
    • Run State—select:
      • Scheduled—Experiments whose start date is in the future
      • Running—Experiments that are currently running
      • Finished—Experiments whose end date has elapsed
    • Start Range and End Range—choose a start and end date using the calendar widget to specify a date range (to view the Experiments that are active during this period).
  5. Click Apply.
