Process Associations
A Process Association ensures that a Process is triggered when certain types of items are used in certain ways.
- Adding a Process Association to a Bundle Schema
You can create a Process Association for a Bundle Schema. - Adding an indirect Process Association to a Schema or Multimedia Schema
Add an indirect Process Association to force Components based on this Schema, or Multimedia Components based on this Multimedia Schema, to be part of a Bundle that is subject to workflow. - Adding an indirect Process Association to a Structure Group
Add an indirect Process Association to force Pages in this Structure Group to be part of a Bundle that is subject to workflow. - Adding an indirect Process Association to a Publication
Add an indirect Process Association to force Page Templates, Component Templates and Template Building Blocks in this Publication to be part of a Bundle that is subject to workflow. - Adding a direct Process Association to a Schema or Multimedia Schema
You can create a Process Association for a Schema or Multimedia Schema. - Adding a direct Process Association to a Structure Group
When you create a Process Association in a Structure Group, any Page created or edited in the Structure Group automatically initiates a Workflow Process. - Adding a direct Process Association to a Publication
When you create a Process Association in a Publication, you can control whether a Component Template or Page Template created or edited in the Publication enters workflow. - Sharing Process Associations from Parent Publications
By default, when you create a Child Publication, Process Associations of Schemas and Structure Groups are not shared from the Parent Publication. You can change this behavior in Content Manager Explorer
