The Manage tab on the Add-ons screen

The Manage tab of the Add-ons screen shows you a list of Add-ons uploaded to Tridion Sites.

After the screen label, Add-ons, you can see the Add-ons that have been added to this environment. Select Refresh to fetch the latest list. At top right, you see the Upload Add-on Package button that lets you a new Add-on to the list, or update an existing one.

In the list of Add-ons, you can see a number of properties for that Add-on:

Selection checkboxSelect one or more checkboxes to reveal controls that let you perform actions on the selected Add-on(s).
IconThe icon of the Add-on
NameThe name of the Add-on, followed by the number of Extensions in the Add-on. Click the name to see more details about the Add-on in a separate screen.
VersionThe version of the Add-on
StatusThe status of the Add-on, one of the following values:
Success
The Add-on is up and running.
Pending activation
The package for this Add-on has been uploaded, and Tridion Sites will activate it as soon as possible.
Waiting for configuration
This Add-on requires a custom configuration file to be uploaded.
Failed
The Add-on has failed to load. Among the possible reasons for this failure are:
  • The ZIP file is corrupted.
  • The manifest.json file is invalid or not well-formed.
  • The ZIP file could not be unpacked to the destination folder, because the application has no write rights to that directory.
  • At least one Extension in the Add-on failed.
ConfigurationThe status of the custom configuration for this Add-on, one of Required (if one is required but hasn't yet been uploaded), N/A (if none is required), or a timestamp of the moment when this version of the package was (most recently) uploaded.
AuthorThe name of the person or organization that created the Add-on package
UploadedA timestamp of the moment when this version of the package was (most recently) uploaded.
