Setting permissions on Address Books
You set Read, Write, and Delete Permissions on Address Books to determine what actions users with Contact Management rights can perform on Contacts in the Address Book. You set permissions in the Address Book Security tab.
Before you begin
The following table describes the rights required to set permissions on Address Books in a Publication:

| Add or remove permissions | Permissions Management rights and Write permissions on the Address Book |
Procedure
- Open Content Manager Explorer.
- Navigate to the Audience Manager node in a Publication.
- Select an Address Book and choose Properties from the context menu.
- In the Security tab:
- In the Users and Groups pane, select a User or a User Group
- In the Permissions pane, select the permission check boxes you want to assign to this User or User Group.
- Click Save and Close.
