Managing Legacy Service Desk Projects
Administrators and TransPort users can access and manage legacy Service Desk projects (initially created in Service Desk) as follows:
- Administrators can manage projects as well as run reports through WorldServer.
- Depending on permissions, TransPort users can view, download, and modify legacy Service Desk projects if the project uses:
- An upgrade-created Client identified as Legacy Service Desk <Mount Name> Client as shown.
and
- A Service Desk AIS structure.
- An upgrade-created Client identified as Legacy Service Desk <Mount Name> Client as shown.
