Adding a terminology database group
Procedure
- Navigate to Management > Linguistic Tool Setup > TD Groups Setup.
- Click Add.
- Specify a name and description for the terminology database group.
- Specify which terminology database should be updated when a new translation is saved in the Update TD drop-down menu.
- In the Lookup TDs section, specify which terminology databases should be searched when a file that specifies this terminology database group is parsed, or when a terminology database lookup is performed. You can also adjust the priority in which the terminology databases are searched.
Note: Typical group configurations include the update TD as the primary lookup TD.
- Click Save.
