AIS Configuration
The WorldServer Asset Interface System (AIS) provides a familiar and consistent directory hierarchy of folders and content, regardless of the underlying storage mechanism. WorldServer uses connectors to handle the details of working with each type of repository. Users interact with the AIS through the WorldServer Explorer, which provides many of the features you would use with your own file system, database, or version control software.
AIS user control is configured under . By default, any user with access to AIS, has , at a minimum, permission to view all locales and folders. You can configure additional permissions, which provide more granular access control to individual folders and assets.
