Approving a Quote

After you request a quote or an update to a quote, the Client Manager scopes the job and provides a quote document; it also changes the quote status to Pending Approval. Once the terms and details are acceptable, you can approve a submitted quote from the Home or Edit Quote page.

Procedure

  1. From the Quotes or Edit Quote page, click next to the quote status.
    Note that the Client Manager has to change a quote status from Requested to Pending Approval before you can approve the quote.
  2. In the Approve Quote confirmation dialog box, click OK to approve the quote.
    Once the quote status is changed to Approved, you can create a project based on this quote.
