Configuring Email

For a user to receive email notifications of tasks and issues, and to reset passwords from the Login page, you must specify the user's email address in Management > User Setup > Users > User: <User name>. Then that user must keep the defaults for "Send email when tasks are assigned to me" and "Send email when issues are assigned to me" in Tools > Personal Preferences. Configure the basic setup for email notifications a user receives for new tasks and issues in Management > Administration > Notification Delivery. Configure the actual content of the messages in Management > Administration > Notification Content.
