Editing Quotes
Before you begin
To edit a quote, Client Managers can do the following:
- Change the status from Pending Approval to Approved.
- Modify information listed in the Additional Information section. Note that this section displays only if an administrator defined one or more custom quote attributes, such as a P.O. Number.
- Update the due dates and times and locales.
- Add or remove files from the quote. Note that if there is only one file associated with the quote, you must first add a new file before deleting the previous file. If files are added or deleted, click Save to save changes.
Client users can edit quotes in TransPort only if they have edit quote permissions.
