File Types
WorldServer configurations use file types compatible with SDL Trados Studio 2019, supported by the File Type Support (FTS) Server.
The individual Online Help topics indicate the default file extensions that each file type recognizes. WorldServer users can control which file extension maps to which file type from the Management > Administration > Customization > MIME Types page.

The Delimited Text Studio File Type handles text-based assets that have defined delimiters, such as comma-separated or tab-delimited formats. By default, it recognizes the .csv and .txt file extensions. - About the HTML File Type
HTML documents contain a lot of formatting, navigation and tagging information which you do not need to see or edit when translating them in WorldServer. WorldServer is configured to understand what content should generally be left out and what content should be presented to you for translation in the Editor. However, some of these general configurations might exclude important information or, on the contrary, include information that you do not want to translate. - About the Java Resources File Type
