Parallel Review Steps

The parallel review step allows the workflow to split and run reviews of the asset in parallel rather than serially. A parallel review step can be assigned to and claimed by two to five individual users or workflow roles. For example, if the legal, technical, and marketing review can all happen simultaneously, and need to be accomplished before a translation is accepted, use parallel review steps.

Each user will receive the task assignment. After all the users have completed their review, the workflow continues.

Parallel review steps can have one of two results: Approved or Rejected. The result of a parallel review step is Approved if all of the reviewers approve the document. The result of a parallel review step is Rejected if any of the reviews rejects the document.
