Preview Asset
When you choose Preview, WorldServer passes the document to the browser for display. For example, an HTML document is displayed as a user would see it in its final form; a PDF document is displayed through the browser in Adobe Reader; and XML code is run through a "pretty printer."
Microsoft Office files open as plug-ins inside Internet Explorer. Normally, the plug-in displays a standard toolbar, and this toolbar has a print button. If the Standard toolbar is not shown, you can right-click on any existing toolbar and enable the Standard toolbar. If no toolbars are shown to right-click on, you can switch between document layouts (via small buttons in the bottom left corner of the plug-in). When you switch between toolbars, Microsoft Word enables some toolbars and you can get the rest by right-clicking on existing ones, until you find one that you can use to print.
If the browser cannot display a particular data format, you will be prompted to download the file. When the file is on your computer, you can open it with the appropriate program.
