Shortcuts in SDL Online Editor
Shortcuts are a simple and efficient alternative to working with the mouse. As project deadlines near, you might want to use them to save time.
The following keyboard shortcuts are available in SDL Online Editor:

| Ctrl+Alt+Enter | Confirm the current translation and move to the next segment, regardless of its status. | |
| Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Enter | Confirm the current translation and remain on the current segment. | |
| Ctrl+R | Reload the current segment if its translation has been modified in the meantime. | |
| Ctrl+Shift+U | Add the current translation as a new translation unit in the translation memory. | |
| Ctrl+Alt+F10 | Turn change tracking on or off. | |
| Ctrl+Space | Clear the formatting of a selected part of a segment. | |
| Ctrl+Alt+Space | Clear all the formatting of an entire segment. | |
| Ctrl+Insert | Copy the source content to the target area of the current segment. | |
| Alt+Shift+Insert | Copy the entire source content to the target area. | |
| Alt+Delete | Clear the content of the current target segment. | |
| Alt+Shift+Delete | Clear the content of all the segments having the "Draft" status. | |
| Shift+F3 | Change the casing of a selected segment or text. | |
| Ctrl+Comma | Insert a tag from the current source segment into the target area. | |
| Insert | Turn overwrite mode on or off. | |
| Alt+F2 | Enable source editing. | |
| Working with the translation memory | F3 | Perform a concordance search based on selected text. |
| Alt+Page Up | Go to the previous translation in the Lookups pane. | |
| Alt+Page Down | Go to the next translation in the Lookups pane. | |
| Ctrl+Alt+A | Insert the selected translation unit from the Lookups pane in the target area. | |
| Ctrl+Number | Insert one of the translation units from the Lookups pane in the target area. For example, if there are three translation units displayed, press Ctrl+3 to automatically insert the third translation unit. | |
