View Project

Once you create a project, you can view project details on the View Project page. You cannot edit project details from this page. See your client manager about adjusting your user permissions if you believe you should be able to edit projects.

To see complete details for a specific project, click on the project ID or name on the Projects page. Transport opens the View Project page.

The page has four or five major sections:
  • Project Information

This information includes the status, description, client, project type, quotes associated with the project, and system information, such as when the project was created and last modified.

  • Additional Information

This is information related to any defined custom quote attributes or complete folder hierarchy properties.

  • Due dates and locales

This area lists languages associated with the project and due dates for translations.

  • Files Monitor

This area lists all files currently associated with the project and the translation status of each. You can search for files using the search panel, or choose column information to display by clicking Choose Columns.

  • Project File Analysis

Depending on user permissions, this area displays word counts, or word counts and cost analysis.

Click to display or hide a section. If the section is hidden, clicking the arrows will display it; if the section is displayed, clicking the arrows will hide it.
